What’s up freaks :)

Just going to give you a quick update to tell you all about our insanely, exciting lives we live while being in this unreal, rock star, metal band life… basically we’re boring as fuck though so here’s what’s really going on…

Still mixing the album, trying different ideas. We really want to just smash through these last mixing/mastering stages and get this fucking thing out there but we’re forcing ourselves to really take the time and keep making things better. So again, sorry for the wait but it’ll be worth it, we promise!!

Annnnd yeah, other than that, not much is up. Found a few more opportunities for shows soon so we’re really stoked in finalizing those and announcing them soon. Also, we’re moving up every day in Reverbnation and we’re really stoked about that! Currently at #16 and we thank everyone who’s spreading the word and listening to the tracks :)

As for this week, we’re still working on mixing and Jordan, Matt and I are going to the BTBAM show tomorrow so I’m excited for that…

So that’s about it…Jordan finally got his G1 so he can stop getting drinks taken away from him at bars and Matt’s hair is still growing…

Peace!

Mixing the New Album, Shows, Logo & Brooklyn! … kinda

Been pretty busy this week Dimensions freaks! Matt’s quitting his job to focus more on band (and to be a slacker) which is sweet and we’re really getting down to mixing the album intensely and adding a lot of unique elements to it. It’s been really fun so far and really strenuous haha :D

But anyways, along with mixing the album we’ve been really networking ourselves and this new album and we REALLY want to find shows. Literally any show we want to play right now so if you’re reading this hook us

up if you know some shows! On that topic we actually just got added to a bill tomorrow night in Hamilton at Brooklyn’s Bar! Really short notice, I know, but we want to get in every town and city right now so we apologize for the last minute update. It’s only $10 though so if you can make it, right on :)

Still scanning all of our options for duplication and merch but we’ve got a lot of choices so far so we’re happy about that. Also, huge shout out to Adam Dee who’s finished our logo for us and it looks AMAZING! Hopefully we’ll get the finishing touches on it soon enough for you all to see but we’re really excited to unleash that as a part of who we are. Adam’s the man!

Anyways, that’s about all I can think of…hope your weekend is sick and thanks for reading. Keep checking our websites for new info and spread that new song around!

First Blog - Whats Up Everybody

Hey guys, so we’ve decided to start this blog up since there’s so much going on right now so we can personally fill all you fans in :)

So as you’ve probably heard we’ve completed the recording process for the LP debut album, “Odyssey”. It was an exhauuuusting process due to our busy personal lives and whatnot but we couldn’t be happier with the result! It is honestly a 50+ minute collaboration of all five of our personalities, influences and lives compiled into a piece of music and we are extremely proud of it. The album was definitely a prolonged progression. We started the writing process for the EP back in March 2010 when Jordan joined the band and since the release of that we’ve been writing ever since.

We really strived to fuse all of ourselves into the music, transitioning and the lyrics to somehow make this much more than just a “Song A, Song B” type of album. As the full length (complete with 10 tracks) is named, “Odyssey” the album reflects a journey not only describing the writing process we experienced but also lyrically at some points.

So really on behalf of the band, I’d really like to say we are insanely stoked for you all to hear it in its entirety and we’ve also put out the first single off the album called, “Left Black”. You’ll be able to find it on almost all of our sites that have players in the next few days and we’d love to hear your feedback on it, your thoughts on the band, ideas, suggestions; literally anything from anyone who has something to say about us.

Many things are coming soon as we are mixing and mastering the album in the next few weeks. We are striving to get merch out for our cd release show as well as many other ideas floating around that we’re trying to make tangible.

Thanks a lot if you’ve taken the time out of your day to read this and thank you even more if you’ve ever came to a show for us, told a friend about us, listened to a track from us or even “liked” us on facebook. We appreciate every fan we have and we are so stoked to share an piece of art that we’ve made with all of you.

Thank you again and get stoked everybody!!
